I have a “business” which I would call successful if people would willingly sacrifice their time and effort to improve laws and governments. Could Austrian economics help me achieve margin in that medium of exchange?

I hope you will be encouraged to develop that business! Austrian economics would refer to it as institutional entrepreneurship. If you can empathically identify what the customers of lawmaking would prefer in the future, there’s profit in delivering it. What is the value experience they could reasonably expect? What is the promise you can reasonably make and keep? Great profit in getting those right.
